This Funeral Home is Licensed by the Oregon Mortuary and Cemetery Board.
To the people we serve,
We know this is a very difficult time for you and your family. The decisions you make today will affect you and your loved ones for the rest of your lives. We have a legal and moral obligation to you that we need to fulfill.
The legal obligation is dictated by the Federal Trade Commission.
They require that we give you a general price list and explain to you what you are paying for; what you receive for your money.
The moral obligation we have to you is as a funeral professional.
We need to tell you all of your options and choices. We are not trying to sell you anything. But if you leave here and attend a service for someone else and see there were options or things you could have done that you were not told about, we would be responsible.
If you will allow us a few minutes we can explain what your choices are.

GENERAL PRICE LIST
These prices are effective as of January 1, 2006. The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you selected.

| Basic Service of Funeral Director, Staff and Overhead |

| Our services include: conducting the arrangement conference; planning the funeral; consulting with family and clergy; shelter of remains; preparing and filing of necessary notices; obtaining necessary authorization and permits; coordinating with the cemetery, crematory, or other third parties.
In addition, this fee includes a proportionate share of our basic overhead costs. This fee for basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangement you select. (This fee is already included in our charges for direct cremations, and immediate burial, and forwarding or receiving remains.)

| Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary; however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial. |

Our funeral home makes no representation of warranties about the protective value of certain caskets or outer burial containers other than those made by the manufacturer. The only warranties, expressed or implied, granted in connection with goods sold with this funeral service are the express written warranties, if any extended by the manufacturer thereof. No other warranties and no warranties of merchandising fitness for particular product are extended by the seller.
